How much stage you don’t hear
Isolation is what lets you monitor at a level that gets you through the tour, not just the night.

Currently on tour with Coldplay, Lorde, Shania Twain, Chance the Rapper, Lana Del Rey, Mary J. Blige, and a hundred more. |
Flat enough to mix on
Two balanced armatures on a single crossover, tuned for neutral reference response rather than a hyped stage curve. What the desk sends is what you hear.sdfsdf

20 Hz – 16 kHz
Built for wireless packs
The same driver complement as the 2X-S, with sensitivity set for wireless IEM systems. Full headroom without running your bodypack at the top of its range.
105 dB-SPL at 0.1V · 23 ohms
Seals for the whole set
Soft silicone flexes with your jaw, so the seal survives singing, talking, and three nights in a row. The shell absorbs the shock that cracks rigid ones.

Which model is right for you
2X-S
Two drivers, tuned for wired sources. The pick for studio and in-ear playback rather than a wireless rig.
2MAX
The same two drivers, with sensitivity optimised for wireless bodypacks. The touring default.
You’re looking at it.
3MAX
Three drivers with a dedicated midrange. Choose it when you need more separation in a dense mix.
Guides and downloads
How ordering works
Custom means we build to your ears, so there are two steps between your order and your monitors. Most players are wearing theirs within six weeks.
STEP 1
Order and print the spec sheet
Place your order, then download our impression instructions. Your audiologist needs them — impressions have to meet our specification to work with silicone.
STEP 2
Get impressions taken
Book an audiologist and bring the sheet. If you don’t have one, our directory covers most touring markets, and the Chicago clinic takes appointments.
STEP 3
Ship them to Chicago
Send the impressions and your order receipt by UPS or FedEx. We build, test, and ship them back, and we’ll email you when they’re on the bench.
Ship impressions to: Sensaphonics, 848 W. Eastman St., Suite 104, Chicago, IL 60642 · 877-848-1714
Everyone else moulds in hard acrylicA rigid shell seals well in a fitting room and starts leaking the moment you open your mouth to sing. Every dB of seal you lose is a dB you turn up to compensate. We build the whole earpiece from medical-grade soft silicone. It moves with your ear, holds its seal through a full set, and stays comfortable on the third night of a run. Founded by an audiologist in 1985. Read about Dr. Michael Santucci and the hearing clinic |
